Our standard processing time is 3-7 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 days. International shipping times vary based on location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please email to request your order be expedited. Costs and delivery times will be calculated after doing so.

Refunds or returns are not accepted unless the artwork is damaged during shipping. In such cases, please contact Ali Futrell within 14 days of receiving the artwork to initiate the return process.
Cancellation Policy: To ensure that each event runs smoothly and all materials are accounted for, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy in place. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund. However, if you need to cancel within 72 hours of the event, a refund will not be issued, but your payment will be applied as a credit toward the next available event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help us deliver the best experience for everyone involved!
