Ownership and Copyright:

All artworks sold on this website are original creations made by Ali Futrell. Ownership of the physical artwork does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.

Artistic Integrity:

Buyers are encouraged to enjoy the purchased artwork for personal use and display. Alteration, modification, or any form of transformation of the artwork is not permitted without the artist's consent.

Resale and Transfer:

Buyers have the right to resell or transfer ownership of the physical artwork. However, the buyer must communicate and transfer these terms and conditions to the new owner to ensure they are aware of the restrictions.

Unauthorized Reproduction:

Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution of the artwork will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

Custom and Commissioned Artwork:

Returns and Refunds:

Refunds or returns are not accepted unless the artwork is damaged during shipping. In such cases, please contact Ali Futrell within 14 days of receiving the artwork to initiate the return process.

Shipping and Handling:

Artworks will be carefully packaged and shipped within 3-7 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.
